What are Early Bird tickets?
Early Bird tickets are one-day tickets and subscriptions for Lucca Comics & Games 2024 available with a reduced price.
How many Early Bird tickets are put on sale?
Between 1st and 16th July 2024 a number of 25,000 tickets per day will be released.
How many tickets can I buy?
Every buyer can purchase up to 5 tickets in one transaction.
What kind of tickets are put on sale?
- Print@home - stampa@casa tickets: you will get them via email;
- eTickets: it'a digital ticket, only valid via smartphone;
- one-day tickets and subscriptions with "skip the welcome desk" option;
- every subscription and days combinations, also Level Up Fan subscription.
How will I receive the Early Bird sale tickets?
Tickets sold during the Early Bird sale are
- Print@home - stampa@casa tickets: you will get them via email;
- eTickets: it'a digital ticket, only valid via smartphone;
- tickets with bracelet delivery home included
You can receive at home both tickets and bracelets with the option "skip the welcome desk". This option is included for 3, 4 and 5 days subscriptions.
After the Early Bird sale, when is the box office opening again?
The online box office is reopening on 4th September. From that moment on, it will be possible to buy tickets and subscriptions based upon 2024 price list.
What is the difference between Early Birds tickets and General Public tickets available in September?
Early Bird sale have guaranteed discount on every type of ticket (one-day tickets, and 2, 3, 4, 5 days subscriptions). In September the box office will reopen with the General Public sale, with tickets based upon the 2024 price list.
What is the upper limit of daily tickets sold?
The maximum number of Early Birds tickets available is fixed at 25,000 tickets per day. From September on, the number of released tickets may have a different limit, established by Lucca Comics & Games in full compliance with caution, with attention to the safety of participants and to guaratee the best festival experience possible.
If I choose the express shipping option (or it was already included with my purchase), when are the tickets and the bracelets arriving?
Deliveries will start from 16th September. As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a notice with the tracking number.
I would like to change the date on my ticket/ I can no longer come to Lucca Comics & Games 2024, what do I do?
Changing the date on your ticket or get a refund is never possible, but you have the chance to sell your ticket through TicketOne dedicated area FANsale, the procedure will be available from 1st October.
