How many tickets are put on sale?
The maximum number of tickets available is fixed at 80,000 tickets per day.
How many tickets can I buy?
Every buyer can purchase up to 5 tickets in one transaction.
What kind of tickets are put on sale?
- Print@home - Stampa@casa tickets: daily tickets/subscription which can be downloaded from your personal area on TicketOne website or from the link that you will get via email;
- e-tickets: they are digital tickets, only valid via smartphone;
- daily tickets and subscriptions with "skip the welcome desk" option;
- every subscription and days combinations, also Level Up subscription.
Which delivery methods are available?

express shipping (with the bracelet): 3, 4 and 5 days subscriptions; daily tickets and 2 days subscriptions with "skip the welcome desk" option - this option is available for purchases made by 9AM of October 16th only;

on your smartphone: e-tickets are digital-only tickets;

Print@home - Stampa@casa: the daily ticket/subscription can be printed by the buyer or downloaded on your device from your personal area on TicketOne website or from the link that you will get via email.
Please note: if you choose e-ticket and Print@home - Stampa@casa tickets, you must get your bracelts at welcome desks in Lucca, this is also mandatory for all purchases made after 9AM of October 16th. It is possibile to get your tickets and bracelets at home ONLY if you choose "skip the welcome desk" option before October 16th. This solution is included for 3, 4 and 5 days subscriptions.
I choose the express shipping option (or it was already included with my purchase), when are the tickets and the bracelets arriving?
Deliveries will start from 16th September. As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a notice with the tracking number.
I purchased a 3, 4 or 5 days subscription with "skip the welcome desk" option included after 9AM of October 16th, do I have to wait in line to get my bracelets in Lucca?
No, you have the right to skip the line and you must go to bation San Regolo welcome desk, there you will find a dedicated fast line for you.
I would like to change the date on my ticket/ I can no longer come to Lucca Comics & Games 2025, what do I do?
Changing the date on your ticket or get a refund is never possible, but you have the chance to sell your ticket through TicketOne dedicated area FANsale, the procedure will be available from 1st October.
I am experiencing some technical issues on TicketOne website, what can I do?
