People with disabilities can enter the event with a free ticket (without any distinction of percentage or type of disability) and the caregiver or the person coming along have the right to get a reduced ticket.
The free ticket for people with disabilities and the reduced ticket for the caregiver can be requested online or in Lucca during the event at box offices and at Croce Verde di Lucca in Viale Castruccio Castracani 468/d, presenting the required documentation.
If you choose to get them online, tickets and bracelets can also be sent home with reduced shipping costs.

Navigating the dedicated website, from September on, it is possible to request a free day-ticket and a reduced ticket for the caregiver. On the website you must include the required documentation, attesting the disability.
After presenting the required documents, you have access to the following option:
- free day-ticket with "skip the welcome desk" option, or free day-ticket with "skip the welcome desk" option + reduced ticket for the caregiver. Choosing this option it is possibile to receive directly at home your tickets and your bracelets, paying the shipping price indicated on the website.
Every Express Shipping has tracking option, your tracking number will be available to you as soon as the package is in transit.
