Yes, you can. You can choose the option "skip the welcome desk" while purchasing the ticket or the subscription. "Skip the welcome desk" option is included for 3, 4 and 5 days subscriptions.

The option is valid for purchases made by 9 AM of October 18th only, after this date it will be mandatory to get the bracelets at the welcome desks in Lucca. For all those who purchase a 3, 4 or 5 day subscriptions (therefore with the "skip the welcome desk" solution included) after this date, a fast lane will be reserved at the welcome desk located on the San Regolo bation, on the urban walls.
Please note: if you bought the tickets/subscriptions Print@home or eTicket and you did not choose the "skip the welcome desk" option, you can't receive your bracelets home. You can get your bracelets at the welcome desk during the event.
