A person with disability can enter the event with a free ticket (without any distinction of percentage or type of disability) and the caregiver or the person coming along have the right to get a reduced ticket. The free ticket and the reduced ticket can be requested online or at box offices in Lucca during the event, presenting the required documentation. Tickets and bracelets can also be sent home with reduced shipping costs.
